IMG EASY LOAD Srl was established in 2011 on the back of decades of experience of a group of competent professionals and established multispindle users.

The mixture of the vitality of a young company and the know-how gained over fifty years of metal cutting experince has given life to a unique, special, highly specialized structure with a well established production, distribution and customer service orientation.

IMG bar loaders and multispindle lathes are designed and made based on truly exceptional know-how in the multispindle turning sector; this unique background allows us to offer our customers the best solutions for each specific need.

Today it is easier and more economical to manufacture automatic lathe parts in medium and large batches thanks to the IMG Multispindle automatic lathes. These parts are used in many different sectors: hydraulics, automotive, pneumatic, faucets, heating, etc. and can be manufactured with tight tolerances and also low costs thanks to the fast cycle times (from a few seconds to 10/15 seconds per part).

IMG Multispindle was founded by a group of competent professionals and established users of multispindle lathes with decades of experience. Thanks to this characteristic, the company had always focused on searching for new solutions to meet specific demands and satisfy its customers’ requests. Everything started with the construction of automatic bar loaders for multispindle lathes suitable for the production of high quantities and high quality small metal parts, and then moved on to the overhauling and sale of EC guaranteed/certified multispindle lathes. Its extensive experience allowed the company to start supplying, especially abroad, machines with “turnkey“ solutions, providing a fully equipped and tested lathes, ready to start production right after installation.

IMG 20 lathes (based on AS, GS and GM) are now even easier to use thanks to technical improvements and the integration of latest generation electronics. A new technology that makes these lathes more suitable to meet nowadays production needs (as frequent tool-ups) and also provide a solution for the new generation operators (who prefer the use of control panels). The IMG 20 lathe can be supplied with a AC motor version or a NC Slides versions.
The IMG 20 lathe also retains all the advantages boasted by the AS, GS, GM 20 lathes: tooling accessibility, the same clamping elements, the same cams, the same tool holders and various equipment.
The external body of the machine features a new-concept design, with soundproofing panels it makes the lathe even more silent.
The entire body is painted beige, grey and black at our in-house painting department. The working area doors are made of stainless steel.
